Lately, I've been trying to develop a website which I could use to communicate and interact with one of my clients. With a little effort and a few keystrokes, he could see and interact with the website. In order to develop the website, I could run a real-time process on my host. In that way, the site would be displayed as it was being developed. However, even with access to a web server running real-time PHP, the client was not able to build the site. The main issue was that he did not have access to a development environment or PHP installation.
